My Easter Suit

Of course we had to get all dressed up for Easter! Trey pimped out in his Kenneth Cole suit and us... okay nothing special, but it was way fun to get dressed up for church! Trey was so cute during Sacrament Meeting. He kept asking me where Jesus was. "Mom, where's Jesus?" Then after nursery he brought me a picture of Jesus and said, "Jesus died and then was alive! He has "owies" in his hands and his side." I'm so grateful for his awesome nursery leaders to help him learn the true meaning of Easter! What a sweet boy!

Easter Morning!

The Easter bunny left a trail of eggs for Trey to find his Easter basket! Good 'ol bunny knew exactly what Trey would like... a Spiderman figurine (to finish his collection of super heros he loves), tons of Spiderman Easter eggs full of candy, bubbles, a Spiderman frisbee, & a really cool Batman laptop that helps him learn his letters, shapes & numbers! Trey made sure that the kitty got in on the fun too!

Coloring Eggs

We had a blast coloring eggs this year! This was a very fun age for Trey to understand who the Easter bunny is. His excitement for Easter got us all in the mood to color eggs!

Cheer Nationals

The girls did great! They have had a hard year full of individuals getting kicked off the squad and injuries but they did their best under the circumstances! I was proud of them and I think they had a great experience!

Disneyland & California Adventure

I took the Jordan Cheerleaders to Nationals in Anaheim. I took my mom who has NEVER been to Disneyland to help watch Trey & to experience the magic! We had a great time together! Trey's favorites were Toon Town, Buzz Lightyear Ride, Pirates, Monsters Inc. & the Tarzan tree! My personal favorites were the Tower of Terror which I went on with all my girls, Scremin', the Muppet's 3D Movie which I laughed hysterically in and the Aladdin show we watched (the Genie was FANTASTIC!) My cheerleaders did good, not making it to finals, but I was proud of them! It was a great experience for them and myself as a coach.

Children's Museum w/ Sesame Street

We love the Children's Museum & Sesame Street so when we heard Sesame was at the museum... we had to go! It was really cute and had a lot of displays for kids to manipulate & learn about the body! But his favorite place was the construction zone! He spentquite a bit of time building & maneuvering the crane.

"I'm Spiderman"

...or Batman, or Superman. Trey has become a "super hero" fanatic! Everything we play is superman, batman or spiderman. He likes to blast everyone with his webs as he says "Go Webs Go!" And it is impossible to get him out of his Superman and Batman pajamas in the morning! He CRACKS me up! Even while we were in Disney he went to the little girls around him and said, "I'm Superman." I sure hope he doesn't try and use this as a pick up line down the road!
