Trip to Utah

Meeting Boston...
Andee kept trying to touch Boston...
Whoops... finally got him.

I decided to take a trip up to UT with the kids. One of my cheerleaders, Jessica, was getting married and I wanted to celebrate the kids' birthdays with family. The flight to UT was awesome! Andee fell asleep for the entire flight and Trey was content watching a movie. Thank goodness! We were so excited to see my mom at the airport and Trey proceeded on the way home to say the "Pledge of Allegiance" every time he saw a flag on the road. This was the game of the entire trip! Jayme and Joe came over that night and Andee and Trey got to meet their cousin Boston for the first time!

Playtime!

Oh the imagination that comes with a simple box...

Andee LOVES this chair! She climbs in and out of it, dances in it, and loves to rock back and forth in it!

Pre-K Owls Graduation

My little man graduated from Preschool! I didn't realize how sad I was going to be until I attended the "graduation" program. Their teacher, Mrs. Pacheco shared a few things about the kids and gave them their certificate. Here are the answers Trey gave:

Who is the most important person in the world? Jackson (most kids said mom, God, etc... mine said Jackson!!)
What is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen? blue flowers
When are you really grown up? driving
What makes you feel happy? mommy kissing me
What is your favorite holiday? Christmas
What is your favorite color? blue
What do you like most about yourself? I can play Club Penguin.
What do you like to do most in the world? play video games
What do you want to be when you grow up? fireman
What would you like to learn to do? play adult games (hmmmmmm.... that sounds bad!)
What is your favorite book or story? The Super Hero book
What do teachers do when they are not in school? play games

After they got their certificates, the kids performed a couple of songs for the parents & families. It was very sweet and I couldn't help but get a little teary-eyed thinking of my little boy growing up so fast.

We are so proud of you, Trey!

My Birthday

I had a wonderful birthday! I woke up to Trey next to me saying, "Wake up mom, it's your birthday!" He then proceeded to bring me presents and set them on my stomach while putting a birthday hat on me (as I was still laying in bed). Trey had picked out a pink "birthday princess" sash for me! Brent had bought me a baby/toddler seat for my bike. We now have one on each of our bikes to take family rides! Later that night, the boys and Andee took me to Cheesecake Factory for dinner! I had the BEST birthday cake - CHEESECAKE! :) What a great day!
