Love at First Sight

I finally got to meet Boston Joe, my sister's baby. He was born at 28 weeks and 2 1/2 lbs. We went up to see my sister in the hospital, and he decided to come the day we were traveling home. I've been anxiously awaiting to see him. When we went up for Christmas, I got a terrible cold and sinus infection. Since he was premature and with RSV season, Boston has to stay in the house until May. I was going to be so MAD if I couldn't see him. Luckily by the last day we were in Utah, I felt much better, but wore a mask just in case. Look how sweet this boy is! 3 months old and looking amazing for being so little to begin with! What a sweet miracle! Love you Boston!

It's Christmas!

We started off Christmas morning at my mom & dad's. Trey wrote a letter to Santa that specifically told him that he would be staying with his grandma & grandpa so to please deliver his Imaginext Boat there. He was so excited to find that Santa granted his wish!

Opening Presents...

Daddy loved the shoes Trey bought him for Christmas! He also liked the tennis lessons my mom & dad went in on with me for Brent.

I loved the Ed Hardy perfume from Brent and the Hot Chocolate mug Trey handpainted!

Later that morning, the family came over to exchange presents and have my Dad's famous Christmas Breakfast. It was a CRAZY gift-throwing event as everyone SPOILED each other with a ton of presents and rushed as we all had other family member's parties to attend. We literally were throwing presents to one another. But, it was so fun to be in the chaos of family!

Boston was at home since he couldn't be out yet, due to being a preemie. Joe's parent's were nice to watch him for a couple hours so they could come.

Morris Traditional Christmas Eve Dinner

We have done a Morris Christmas Eve Dinner for as long as I can remember. It was wonderful to get together with the family (missed Jayme and Joe who were home with Boston) and anxiously await Christmas morning. I think it is so much more fun to be the mom during Christmas and to see your kids' excitement!

Santa stopped in for a visit to make sure he had the right toys on his list! Andee didn't quite know what to think, but loved Santa's beard! Trey took a while to warm up, but then sat on his lap for what seemed like an hour! He made sure to tell him it was the Imaginext boat that he had asked for.

Utah Christmas Trip - Day 1

We drove up to Utah for Christmas and made it just in time for Christmas Eve. It was CRAZY going back and forth for family functions, but enjoyed every moment of crazy because we were with family!
